2023/24 Jersey City Arts + Culture Trust Fund Grant Awardees

Listen & Move and Move N' Groove, community programs based around communal dance and music, were proud awardees of the JCAC 2023/24 Trust Fund Grant. 

We used the funds to extend our reach throughout Jersey City as well as start to expand our accessibility. We successfully shared our programming with over 15,000 local residents at our Summer outdoor events alone throughout the grant term, as well as having over 500 active participants throughout the summer seasons.  The funding helped pay local staff and artists and allowed us to upgrade our sound system, which is the main focus of our events. 

 We transitioned our outdoor event, Move N' Groove, to 2 Jersey City locations; 162 Newark Ave and J. Owen Grundy Park which helped expand our Direct Public Benefit to Jersey City.

 We will continue to run these programs in Jersey City for the foreseeable future and want to thank the City of Jersey City, the residents of Jersey City and everyone else who played an integral role in helping us make sure that the arts thrive in our city.
